#MusicMonday - Born I

#MusicMonday is dedicated to Born I who introduces Trap Music for Meditators with "In This Moment", a song with fast paced lyrics and a calming background layer of sounds that will make you want to listen a few times to hear how all of the different elements come together. "take a breath. say something kind to yourself." Enjoy watching, listening, and dancing along!

#MusicMonday - The 60th GRAMMYs ®

#MusicMonday is dedicated to The 60th GRAMMYs ®. My favorite performance was Bruno Mars and Cardi B performing the "Finesse" remix. They were rockin' it with those dance moves!

#MusicMonday - Men in Music (Part III)

#MusicMonday is dedicated to men in music this month. As we recognize MOVEMBER and the importance of men's health, this week and next week will be dedicated to men in music.

This week we recognize Bay Area rappers E-40, Keak da Sneak, Too $hort and Mac Dre who shaped an entirely new genre of hip hop music through the hyphy movement, which brings a high energy style of music and dance tied to the unique urban culture of the San Francisco Bay Area. #BeYouBeTrue
