There is a well known African Proverb that says, "It takes a village to raise a child" and I believe that it takes genuine support from family and friends to start a business. There have been MANY people along the way that have supported VoliteINC. and I remember every single one of you! My goal this week is to start out by featuring someone who has been there since the VERY beginning! ;)
DISCLAIMER: These #ThankfulThursday posts are in no way, shape or form ranked or prioritized, so if you're not featured here right away, that doesn't mean that you're not important. I've got a lot of gratitude to give, so please stay patient and your time to shine will come :) If there's something special you'd like to say about VoliteINC and/or if you'd specifically like to be featured, please let me know!

#ThankfulThursday - Edition #1: JoAnn aka Mom
My Mom has always been my biggest fan and my #1 supporter! I know that she will always be by my side to lend a helping hand, to offer advice and most of all just to listen. I truly consider her my best friend and she is a great role model that has shown me what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur. She has run multiple businesses over the past 30+ years and started her own day care out of our home when my Sister and I were babies. My Mom has taught me the importance of how to balance working hard, while managing a family and I am forever grateful for the example she has set. She is definitely the reason why I have an innate urge to create and run my own business! Thanks, Mom! <3
Not pictured: Dad. He's probably taking the photo!
I am glad that where it truly began is shown here: your inspiration comes from your mother and I know she is such a warm person that brings out the best in people.
ReplyDeleteSo proud to see 2 things come from this: you, and your company.
You have put your "life"'s passion and authentic "style" together- lifestyle brand. Yay!
Thank you so much! She really does bring out the best in people, not just me and it has always amazed me how openly she shares her love to love with others. I really appreciate your support :)
